Georgia L. Pettit

Georgia L. Pettit went to be with the Lord on November 28, 2008. Georgia was a 51 year resident of El Paso, and a member of the McCombs Baptist Church, the Red Hat Ladies’ Club, Las Amigas, the Women’s Club of El Paso and she was also a 30 year member of the Border Town Sam’s. Mrs. Pettit was preceded in death by her husband, Don and son, Roger Dale. Survived by son, Michael, of Montgomery, Alabama; daughter, Donna, of El Paso, and sister, Willie Mae of Oregon. Visitation from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at Sunset Funeral Homes–Northeast 4631 Hondo Pass.
