George Velasco

George Velasco, age 85, was born on the 21st of July, 1931, and passed away on the 1st of February, 2017. Mr. Velasco is preceded in death by his daughter, Joetta Reyna Velasco. He is lovingly survived by his wife, Lupe Velasco, and his son, George Velasco. He will also be fondly remembered by his brothers, Hilario; Reynaldo; Francisco; Daniel; and Robert Velasco, as well as his sisters, Carmen Floyd; Maria Elena Ramon; and Linda Chozet. His care and guidance has made me the man I am today." --George Velasco A visitation will take place on Sunday, February 5, 2017, from 4:00-9:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home--Americas, with a rosary the same day at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 10:00 am on Monday, February 6, 2017, followed by interment at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home--Americas.
