Fritz Elmar Heisel

Born and raised in Dillingen, Germany and a long time resident of El Paso, Texas and Santa Teresa NM, FRITZ E. HEISEL passed away on May 20, 2010. After arriving in Fort Bliss while serving in the German Air Force, he made El Paso, Texas and eventually New Mexico his permanent home. He is survived by his two daughters Heidi Heisel Rout and Monika Heisel Walker; son-in-law James Walker; his grandchildren Brandy Metz, Kirsten Walker, Kaleigh Walker and great-grandson River Wilson; his sister Elvira Kreischer, brother-in-law Sigfried Kreischer and nephews Michael and Stephan Kreischer of Germany. Services are Tuesday May 25, at Sunset Funeral Home, 480 N. Resler Dr. Visitation from 3:00 – 6:00, Memorial service at 4:00p.m. He was, is, and will always remain a loving father, proud grandfather and great-grandfather, loyal friend, and generous spirit who touched many lives. Forever in our hearts…we love you daddy.
