Frank "Yo" Nunez

On December 4, 2008 our beloved brother, uncle, nephew, son and great friend, Frank “Yo” Nunez, was taken home by the Lord. He was born on July 9, 1972 and graduated from Austin High School in 1990. Frank enjoyed riding his Harley, hanging with the guys, having a good time, and watching the Dallas Cowboys. He is survived by his sister; Veronica Duron (Ernest), brothers; Gilbert Nunez and Tony Nunez; his girlfriend, Cristina Rodriguez, several nieces and nephews, and many dear friends. He is preceded in death by his mother Luisa and father “Hoppy” Nunez. Frank will be greatly missed. Special thanks to all of Franks friends and family and especially to Tia Olga Valenzuela. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm. On Tuesday December 9, 2008 with a Vigil at 7:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East located at 750 N. Carolina Dr. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am. Wednesday December 10, 2008 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2709 Alabama. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery. “Miss you and love you, Yo!” Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
