Frank J Kowalski

Frank J. Kowalski passed away on August 11th, 2009 after a short illness. He was 74 years old. He is survived by his wife Patricia, daughter Kristine and spouse Mike Horton, son Joseph and spouse Lisa Kowalski, daughter Karen and spouse Tom Wilson, son Thomas and spouse Connie Kowalski, daughter Mary Pat Boyce, 11 grandchildren: Angela, David, Jason, Aaron, Rebecca, Joshua, Daniel, Anna, Thabang, Thebe, and Catie: and sister Marion and spouse Larry Ritz. He retired as an executive General Motors after 32 years. He began his GM career at Delco Appliance in Rochester, NY upon graduation from Rochester Institute of Technology. After Delco Appliance merged with Delco Products, he was transferred to the home office in Dayton, OH. He was transferred to El Paso, TX to build and start production at the Delmex Plant in Juarez, Mexico. After the plant’s opening, he was transferred to Puerto Real in the province of Cadiz, in Spain. He retired from there to make his home in El Paso, TX. Private services and interment have been held.
