Frank J.G. Caesar

Frank J.G. Caesar, 81, passed away Saturday, November 29, 2008. Mr. Caesar served in the U.S. Army during WWII and later worked at the Transportation Department at Ft. Bliss. He was also airline manager with Continental Airlines until his retirement in 1982. He was a member of the Italian American Cultural Society of El Paso, where he served as past President . Frank leaves behind his loving wife of over 53 years; Barbara Caesar, his son, Mark Allen Caesar; his grandchildren; Allen and Brandy Michelle Caesar, and 4 great-grandchildren. Mr. Caesar will lie in state from 6-7 pm on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 with a Vigil commencing at 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East, located at 750 N. Carolina Dr. A funeral mass will be held at 10 am on Thursday, December 4, 2008 at St. Michael’s Chapel #2 at Fort Bliss. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with military honors. In lieu of flowers, family is requesting contributions be sent to Italian American Cultural Society of El Paso: 9600 Lockerbie, El Paso, Texas 79925. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
