Frank T. Bullard, 78, died on December 29, 2023. He was born in Evanston, Illinois on July, 27, 1945 to Louis Bullard and Marylou Farrell. Frank served in Vietnam, for the US Army from July 1962-October 1963. After Frank got home from the war, he soon married Margaret “Peggy” Chroge on December 26, 1963. Frank spent most of his working life in sales. Frank wrote and published a book called, “How to Succeed Thru Failing”. He traveled throughout the United States, England, and Spain promoting his book. Frank loved the sunshine and fishing and moved to Florida where he owned and operated Bell Alarm in Fire, installing alarm systems. Frank and Peggy retired in NM where they lived out the rest of their lives. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Robert Bullard, and his wife Peggy of 55 years on December 6, 2018. His surviving family members are his oldest daughter Madeline “Kathy” Worrell and her husband Steve Worrell of Timberon, NM. His youngest daughter Jennifer Maes. His three grandchildren, Jacob Worrell of San Marcos, Tx, Samuel Worrell and his wife, Cheyenna of Timberon, NM, and Jordan Ray of Medford Oregon. His two brothers, Jim Bullard, Nick Brown, and his sister Mary Gray, his sister in law, Mikki Evers, her husband, Bill Evers, of Greenbay, Wi, and his brother in law Mike Chroge and his wife, Carol of Appleton, WI. Frank’s military services will be held at Ft. Bliss Cemetery at 2:00 on January 19th, 2024.
