Frank G. Adams, 76. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Frank G. Adams. Frank was born to Laura and Jason Adams on April 9
th, 1947 in Reading Center, New York. He was one of 6 siblings: brothers Jason, John and Richard, and sisters Laura and Linda. Frank grew up on a small dairy farm in upstate New York, loving sports (especially soccer) and working on his ‘56 Chevy with convertible floorboards. In 1967, Frank joined the Army and set off on a 22 year adventure serving his country as a Nike Hercules Missile mechanic. The adventure took him all over the United States and the world, including Korea, Greece and Germany. On a lucky day while posted to the Presidio in the Bay Area in 1970, Frank met and married the love of his life, Christine. The two were married in December of 1970 and enjoyed over 53 years marriage. After retiring from the Army in 1987, Frank began a second 20 year career truck driving for Schneider National Trucking. Frank drove to and through all states in the lower 48 as well as Canada. Frank is survived by his wife, Christine, two sons and three grandchildren: his son Jeffrey, his wife, Kathleen, and their 2 daughters, Ainsley and Avery Adams of Cumberland, Rhode Island, and his son, Corbin, and his wife, Angel, and their son, Brenden, of Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Frank loved his family first and foremost. He was proud of his time in the US Army and service to the United States.
