Francisco Perez,

Francisco (Frank) Perez Jr., 58, passed away Monday, September 26, 2011. Born in El Paso, TX, to Francisco and Guadalupe Perez. He was currently employed by Imagine Enterprises as a Social Security Coordinator providing assistance to individuals in the Social Security system. Frank began his career at White Sands soon after college. He retired as a civil service employee from Fort Bliss as a Budget Analyst. He proceeded to work for VOLAR (Center for Independent Living) working closely and advocating for individuals with disabilities. Frank also served the community in becoming a DWI/MIP instructor touching the lives of many hoping to make a difference in their life changing decisions. Frank was preceded in death by his father Francisco Perez Sr. and is survived by his loving mother, Guadalupe Mireles Perez; beloved wife, Josefina Perez; daughter and son-in-law, Lori Perez Lane and Richard Lane; his grandsons: Brandon, Abram and Adam Lane; sisters: Margie Perez Martinez, Carmen P. Sifuentes and Dolores P. Fraire; brothers-in-law: David Fraire Sr., David Sifuentes and Armando Martinez; nephews: Steven Lujan Jr., David G. Fraire Jr, David Sifuentes Jr., and Daniel G. Fraire; and one niece, Selina Sifuentes. He now walks with the Lord until we meet again and our love for him will endure forever. Visitation will be held Sunday, October 2, 2011 from 5-9 p.m. with a Vigil/Rosary to begin at 7 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Mass will be on Monday, October 3, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery where he will be laid to rest.
