Evelyn Louise McCullough

Evelyn Louise (Skip) Mc McCullough, 86, passed away peacefully Wednesday, August 15, 2007. She was born on April 20, 1921 in Greenville, S.C. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Joanne Collins of Greenville, S.C. brothers Charles and James Collins. Evelyn was a resident of El Paso for 54 years and leaves behind many wonderful friends and neighbors. Evelyn is survived by sons; James Tarpley and wife Alicia of El Paso Texas, Kenneth Chasteen and wife Carolyn of Denver, Colorado, and daughter Carolyn Currey of El Paso, Texas, grandchildren, Cevin Currey and wife Mary, Carla Franco, James Tarpley and wife Charlotta, Cristina Newton and husband Michael, Alberto Tarpley, Heather Chasteen, Ryan Chasteen and several nephews, nieces and great grandchildren. The family wishes to express special Thanks to Charlene Cervantes, Virginia Whigham, Hospice of El Paso and Evelyn’s relatives and friends who spent many hours visiting by her side. Memorial contributions to Hospice of El Paso or El Paso Cancer Center. Private family services to be held at a later date. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West.
