Eva Jaso

Eva Jaso, 90, passed away May 9, 2011. She spent her last days peacefully in the home of her son, surrounded by family. Eva was born August 7, 1920, In El Paso, TX to Daniel and Julia Alaniz. She was preceded in death by her daughters Julia Jaso, Tomasa Couder, husband Trinidad Jaso. She is survived by her son, Daniel (Diane) ,daughter Elizabeth, grandchildren: Jennifer Torrey, Julie Couder, Gabriel Gonzales, Robert Couder Jr., Louis Couder, Veronica Gonzales and Daniel T Jaso. Great grandchildren: Nicole Ring, Spencer Quintana, Adrean Quintana, Ethan Torrey, Jake Torrey, Abbigail Torrey and Audrey Couder. Your Mother is always with you.... She's the whisper of the leaves as you walk down the street; she's the cool hand on your brow when you're not well. Your Mother lives inside your laughter. And she's crystallized in every tear drop. She's the place you came from, your first home; and she's the map you follow with every step you take. She's your first love and your first heartbreak and nothing on earth can separate you- Not time, not space... not even death! MAY WE NEVER TAKE OUR MOTHERS FOR GRANTED... Visitation: 5:00-8:00 pm, Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home-West with a Vigil at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass: 9:30 am, Thursday, May 12, 2011 at Santa Teresita Catholic Church.
