Estelle Laverne Fleming

Estelle L. Fleming, 87, passed away on February 8, 2017. She was born December 21, 1929 to her father Central Taylor and mother Louie Taylor in Daingerfield, Texas. She completed high school in 1947 at Rhodes High School. She then enrolled at Prairie View A&M University in 1947. She spent two years there and while attending the university she met Leo W. Fleming in 1949. To this marriage three children were born. She is preceded in death by her daughter Cheri D. Fleming. She is survived her son Curtis H. Fleming and her daughter Brenda F. Fleming. Estelle spent her adult life raising her children and being a military wife to her husband CW4 Leo W. Fleming. She will be missed by all who knew her. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Service will begin at 12 noon on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Committal Service will follow at 1:00pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
