Estela M. Vaillarreal

Estela Mendoza Villarreal, 86, was taken by our Lord and Savior on May 5, 2010 and into everlasting eternal life in Heaven where she is now joined by other saved family members and all her brothers and sisters in Christ. Born on Oct 8, 1923, a lifelong resident of El Paso, a proud Bowie (HS) Bear graduate, Estela devoted her life to the Lord and was a dedicated, born again, Spirit-filled, faithful servant of the Lord for over 60 years. An enormous pillar of Spiritual strength in our family, Estela’s first priority was always to seek and serve the Kingdom of God, and then family was the next most important aspect of her life, especially her children and grandchildren. Estela is preceded in death by her husband Mario Manuel; father Raul Mendoza; mother Leticia Barajas Mendoza; sister Angelica Ruzic; brothers Roberto, Fernando, and Ruben. Survived by her sons Luis Mario, Daniel Roy (wife: Maumi); daughters Sylvia Leticia, Rachel/Velma; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank Pastors Phil and Tuuri Sanders and our Church family at First Assembly of God. Visitation and memorial service will be held from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm on Saturday, May 8, 2010, at First Assembly of God, 3928 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903, (915) 565-2337. Graveside service and interment will be held on Monday, May 10, 2010 at 10:00 am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
