Funeral Service: 11:00 am, Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Survived by wife, Consuelo C. Davis; son, Luis Cortez; daughters, Melissa Davis and Norma Frick; brother, Larry Davis; and sisters, Patsy Toney and Phyllis Richardson. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
