Epifanio Sierra

Epifanio Sierra “Papo” passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at the age of 78. Papo retired from the E.P.I.S.D. He worked for the school district for 30 years as a custodian. We will miss you greatly but the memory you left us will be on our hearts always… He is survived by his wife, Antonia Sierra, sons: Carlos Hector Sierra, Jose Manuel Sierra and Julian Sierra, daughters: Maria De Lourdes Torres and Veronica Sierra. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5-9 pm with a Vigil Service at 7 pm Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas. Funeral Mass will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, located on 673 Old Hueco Tanks Rd. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Pallbearers are Julian, Joe, Frank, Adam, Javier, and Carlos. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes - Americas.
