Emilia Rueda

Emilia Rueda, age 20, entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 19, 2022. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, Goddaughter, niece, granddaughter, and will be greatly missed. Emilia is preceded in death by her loving grandparents; Julian De La Cruz and Blanca Margarita Rueda. She is survived by her parents; Joaquin and Monica Rueda, her grandma; Socorro De La Cruz, her brother; Joaquin Rueda VI, her sister; Athena Rueda, her Godmother; Maria Cristina Woo, her Godfather; Hugo Emilio De Leon, her aunts; Raquel De La Cruz, Rosio Perez, Elizabeth Razo, Melissa Trujillo, Sylvia King, and Maria Teresa De Leon, as well as her uncles; Octavio, Trujillo, Juan Razo, Vincent Perez, Ernesto Contreras and Luis Felipe De Leon. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00pm-9:00pm on Thursday, September 29, 2022 with a Rosary at 6:00pm, at Sunset Funeral Home-West. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00am on Friday, September 30, 2022 at St. Ignatious Catholic Church.

In lieu of black attire, the family requests for guests to wear Emilia’s favorite color, pink, in honor of her memory.
