Elva Barthel

Elva Barthel, 79, passed away Dec. 6, 2006 in El Paso, TX. She was born to Luis and Dolores Gonzalez on Feb. 25, 1927 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Barthel and daughter, Rosa Molina. She is survived by: sons: Jose Guadalupe, Arnold, and Luis; daughters: Rita Sanchez and Blanca Lorkowski; 18 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at 5-7 pm, Sunday, December 10, 2006 at Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast at 4631 Hondo Pass. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, December 11, 2006 at Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
