Elsie J Smith

Elsie J. Smith went to be with the Lord on March 10, 2010. Elsie was born in Philadelphia, PA, November 22, 1915. She lived in El Paso for 16 years and attended First Baptist Church. She loved her Sunday School class and the ladies there. She was preceded in death by her husband William Smith and parents Frederick and Florence Holzworth. She is survived by her daughters, Florence (Joe), Carol Ann (George), and son Bill (Susan). Elsie is also survived and much loved by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Her hobby was baking and she was known far and wide for her breads and cookies. Memorial services are scheduled for Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 2:00 pm, in the chapel of First Baptist Church. Sunset Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to First Baptist Church.
