Eloise Flores Faiello

Eloise Flores Faiello, 72, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2024 after a prolonged illness. Born in Victoria, she graduated Victoria High School and married the love of her life, David, in 1973.

Eloise made a successful career in banking, with positions at various banks and retired from First Light Federal Credit Union. As a devoted mother and grandmother, she was actively involved in parent/teacher organizations and volunteered extensively at Dr. Nixon Elementary, where she was well-known for her photographs and contributions to the yearbooks.

Preceded in death by her parents, Dario Sr. and Eloisa Flores, and brothers, Damian, Daniel, Dario Jr., Prax, and sister, Jesusa. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, David Faiello; her brother, David Flores (Sylvia) of Victoria; brothers-in-law Gary (Dale) and Matt (Celeste); her daughter, Helena; and step-sons, Gary and Arthur (Becky), whom she loved as her own. She was grandmother to Alison and Adelaide (Helena), Tiffani, David II, Bridgette, Ryan, Ross, Karl, and Adam (Arthur), as well as eight great-grandchildren. 

In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held. The family kindly requests that donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or the Lupus Foundation of America, in honor of her battles with breast cancer and lupus.
