Elizabeth Ann Franco

Elizabeth Ann Franco was the light of our lives. She was the most caring, loving, forgiving woman in the world. She fought until the end when God decided she needed peace and rest on September 2, 2024 at age 62.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years Eugene Darryl Franco, only daughter Meagan Elizabeth, son-in-law Joshua T. Rhyanes, three grandchildren who were her whole world Ethan Andrew, Emiliana Lucille, and Erielle Elizabeth, brother Joel H. Williams, along with brother & sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who she cherished and loved dearly. She is preceded in death by her parents Dowell & Celia Williams.

Her battle with serious medical issues showed her courage and strength while still smiling, comforting, and loving us. She is our hero in more ways than one. We loved her more than anything and we want to celebrate her like she wanted with smiles & laughter. She truly is in the hearts of so many. She will be cremated and we will honor her ashes wearing her favorite bright colors on September 14, 2024 from 1:00-5:00 pm with a Scripture Service at 3:00 pm and Eulogy at 4:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina, El Paso, TX 79915. We hope you can join us.
