Edwin Junior Cross

Edwin J. Cross, 84, passed away Friday, December 14, 2018. A proud retired veteran of the US Army, he served his country during the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War. Cross is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Ly Thi Cross, and his beautiful children and grandchildren. Cross was a dedicated father and husband and devoted to the US Military and the Dallas Cowboys. After retiring from the US Army in 1975, he continued on Fort Bliss as a civilian employee in all aspects of food service. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass. Funeral Service will begin at 9:30am, on Friday, December 21, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass. Committal Service to follow at 10:30am, at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Full Military Honors. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home Northeast.
