Eduardo Rojas Jr., Eddie, 34 of El Paso, Texas was called to the Lord Thursday, May 12, 2011 while serving in the line of duty in Yuma, Arizona. He was born October 14, 1976, in El Paso, Texas, the son of Eduardo Sr. and Maria C. Rojas. Eddie was the youngest of 3 siblings. On July 12, 2009 he married Sayde Fregoso. Eddie graduated from Irvin High School in 1995 and served in the United States Border Patrol for 11 years. Eddie enjoyed the great outdoors. He took great pleasure in grilling for family and friends. Eddie is survived by his wife Sayde Fregozo; children Dante Eduardo and Hazzel; parents Eduardo Sr. and Maria C. Rojas; siblings Adrian Rojas and Brenda Quintana; sister-in-law Katherine Rojas; brother-in-law Gregorio Quintana; nephews Adrian A. Rojas, Damian, Christopher, Gilbert, and Edgar Quintana; his nieces Arianna Rojas and Miranda Jordan. “It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to a wonderful human being. A man that made a dynamic impact and left many great memories and laughter, who always shared his positive energy in a room, who was a great son, brother, cousin, uncle, husband, and father. A man that forever will forever be in our hearts and part of our lives. We love you Eddie and we look forward to the time when we will once again share that laughter with you. May you rest in peace and know that you will forever be in our hearts.” Irasema Padilla God Bless You Baby Brother. Visitation will be held Monday, May 16, 2011 from 5-9 pm at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast with a Vigil/Rosary to begin at 7 pm. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will be in Yuma, Arizona at a later date.
