Edmundo “Mangolian” Campa, born on November 20, 1926, was called to his Resting Place on January 1, 2018. He lived a full life dedicated to his family and served our country in the US Army. In his spare time he enjoyed participating and mentoring in competitive wrestling. He is preceded in death by his parents Santos and Aurora Campa, his wife Paulina “Tati” Campa, son Edmundo Campa Jr, daughter Rita Bristow; 3 brothers, 1 sister and 1 granddaughter. Survived by daughters Bertha Arellano (Jesus), Eva Silva (Ricardo), brother Rico Campa, sister Raquel De La Cruz, 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Pallbearers: Javier, Larry and Ray Arellano, John Fraire, Jacob Ramirez, Mario Carmona Jr, Raymond Vasquez, Quinton Pettis. Honorary Pallbearers: Eddie Mendoza, Keith Arvizu, Adrian Campa, Christopher Campa, Ray Vasquez, Mario Carmona Sr and Agustine Campa. Visitation 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Vigil/Rosary 7:00 PM, Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N Carolina. Funeral Mass 8:30 AM, Monday, January 8, 2018 at St. Paul Catholic Church, 7424 Mimosa. Committal Service will follow at 10:00 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
