EDMOND G. “EDDIE” FEUILLE, 86, Born March 6, 1922 in New York and died on September 13, 2008. His parents were Frank Feuille, Jr. and Margaret Levy Feuille. He attended Dudley Elementary School (since demolished) where he was elected Pres. of the Student Body. Attended El Paso High where he was elected Pres. of the Student Body, Most Popular Boy, All El Paso High Boy and was a member of the National Honor Society, Select Scholars and a Lt. Col. in the ROTC. Returned to Texas Western (now UTEP) after 39 months in the Army Air Corps., flew the Hump (CBI-China, Burma, India) as a pilot in the C-46 (High Altitude Cargo), was Honorably Discharge as a First Lt; graduated from UTEP in 1948 with a BBA Degree. During his active 35 years in the Title Business, he was Exec. Vice Pres. of First Title Ins. Co. (founded by Paul Huchton) with 28 NM agents and 11 West Texas Agents, the biggest of which was Southwest Title in El Paso (also founded by Paul Huchton, Sr.) of which Eddie served as Pres. until acquired by Pioneer National, a subsidiary of Title Ins. and Trust (California) who made him Chairman. While in the Title Business he was elected Texas Title Man of the Year in 1963, Pres. of the Title Underwriters of Texas in 1966 and Pres. of the Texas Land Title Assn. in 1969-1970. He gave time and energy to many civic and community boards, commissions, and organizations among which he was a director of the El Paso Chamber of Commerce (3 times), El Paso Rotary Junior Achievement, Pres of El Paso Country Club, Volunteer for the Heart Association, Cancer Association, March of Dimes, Red Cross and United Way. Preceded in death by spouse, Pam; by his older sister, Margaret; older brother, Frank, III and Twin sister, Edith. Survived by son, Dr. E. G. Feuille, Jr. and his wife Beverly, Wichita, Kansas; daughter, Jane Cunningham and husband, Bo, San Diego, California; Grandson, Christopher, Wichita, Kansas; granddaughter, Kelly, and husband Shawn, Chicago, IL; brother, Richard Feuille and wife, Louann, El Paso, Texas; sister, Anne Simpson and husband Paul, Richmond, VA; and several nieces and nephews, grandnieces and nephews, and great great-grand nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be held 10:00 am, Friday, September 19, 2008 at St. Clements, on the corner of Campbell and Montana, with a reception at the church following the service.
