Dora Chavez Otero

Dora Chavez Otero was born on July 12, 1927 in Capitan, New Mexico she entered into the hands of our Lord, to rest, on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at the age of 91. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving children, Juaquin, Joseph, Frank, Luciano, Sandra and Cathy; sister, Paula Madsen and numerous Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Luciano Aragon Otero and her mother Sofia Chavez. She was a loving, and giving daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. She will be truly missed by her loving family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Parkinson’s Association. Visitation will be at 10:00am with a Scripture Service at 12:30pm on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass Drive.
