DONALD EUGENE WELLS passed away on Friday, January 6, 2017 at the age of 81. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and will be greatly missed. He was a veteran of the Unites States Marine Corp. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Estella Escajeda Wells, children; Selina Zubia (J.D.), Veronica Lynn Wells, Eugene Keith Wells and his brother Tommy Wells, his 2 grandchildren Aaron Alexander Zubia and Stephanie Christine Dentino. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM, with Holy Rosary at 7:30PM at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Pallbearers will be; Aaron Zubia, J.D. Zubia, Glen Zubia, Stephanie Dentino, Tom Estrada, Tom Wells. Honorary Pallbearers will be Eugene Wells, Richard Albin, Elizabeth Fourzan, and Mark Chapa. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 10:30AM at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 408 Park St. Interment will follow at Evergreen Alameda Cemetery.
