Survived by daughters, Susan de Avellar Schiller and Kathleen Avellar (nee Sullivan) Welsh; sister, Ruby Moore; niece, Delza Neblett; and nephews, James de Avellar and Donald Moore. Preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Mildred (nee Williams) de Avellar; and brother Richard de Avellar.
