Daniel Garcia

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved son and brother Daniel "Danny" Garcia on February 5, 2021. Daniel was born in El Paso, Tx on October 8, 1991. He is survived by his beloved parents Juan and Gloria Garcia, Brother  Angel, Sister Cynthia, and Grandparents Cecilia, Carmen and Alfonso. Danny spent his teenage years working as his father's apprentice in the HVAC field. He later turned it into a career  as an HVAC Sheet metal Journeyman. Driven by his passion for mechanics and trucking, he later enrolled in the Diesel Program at Western Technical College. There he received his Associates Degree in Diesel Technology and Applied Sciences. His many job skills allowed him to travel all over the country including  San Antonio, Houston, Baltimore, the Permian Basin area and more. Danny was a gentle soul with a big heart who loved to drive around listening to music and visiting with family and friends even if it was only for 15 minutes. Although his time on earth was cut short, his memory will forever live on in the hearts and lives of those he touched. Visitation will be held at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas on Thursday, February 18, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. with a prayer service starting at 3:00 pm. Interment will be the following day at 10:30 am, Friday, February 19, 2021 at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-Americas.
