Daniel "Danny" Armendariz

Daniel Armendariz passed away peacefully on August 16, 2016 at the age of 46. He was born on March 4,1970 in El Paso to Alfonso and Carmen Armendariz. He was a lifelong resident of El Paso and a graduate of Riverside High School. He also attended Sul Ross University. Danny was a proud United States Navy Veteran. He worked many years at GECU and most recently in the oil fields in Odessa and Oklahoma. He is survived by his mother: Carmen Armendariz, 3 siblings: Alfonso III, David, and Cynthia Vasquez, and his pride and joy, his daughter, Ruby Dannielle Armendariz. He will always be remembered by all who knew him as a man of character, bravery, and a sense of humor. Our beloved son, brother, and father has gone home with our Dear Lord and Father. A Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr. with a Vigil at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be said at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 22, 2016 at Little Flower Church, 171 Polo Inn Rd. Interment to follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery with Military Honors. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-Americas.
