D'Amonte Treamell Martin

On Thursday February 9th, 2012, surrounded by his loving family, D’Amonte Treamell Martin took flight from this life into eternity, landing safely in the waiting arms of Jesus. He went to a place of peace and eternal happiness. The birth of their son D’Amonte on June 21, 2010 was a special time for his parents Yvette and Anthony. The sweetness of his smile illuminated a room. The sound of his laughter caused their hearts to leap with joy. D’Amonte was surrounded with the love and affection of his doting parents, grandparents and great grandparents. He had many names of affection. His dad called him “Peanut”. Grandma Jeanette called him “D” while his grandma Shiloh called him “Granny Boy”. His great grandmother Marie called him Montee, but his mom; he was and will always be D’Amonte. Even though his time here on earth was short lived, D’Amonte’s presence and spirit impacted many lives. D’Amonte leaves behind to cherish his memory: his loving parents, Yvette Dondaldson and Anthony Treamell Martin Sr. Brother, Anthony Martin Jr. Grandparents, Shiloh and Calvin Hutchings of Austin, Texas, Kelvin and Jeanette Mahan of Columbus, Georgia, and Quindell Roberts of El Paso, Texas and Great grandparents, Marie St. Cyr of El Paso, Texas, Henry Martin of Selma, Alabama, and Wayne and Olivia Donaldson of El Paso, Texas. Great-Great grandparents, Ann and Roger St. Cyr of El Paso, Texas. Aunts and Uncles, Eric St. Cyr, Jasmine Roberts, Dewey Roberts, D’Angelo Donaldson, Jerzee Donaldson, Caila Hutchings, Trennedy Hutchings, Xavier Hutchings, Calvin (Fat Baby) Hutchings III, Sandrea Martin, Sarita and Jermaine Davis and many other family members and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00- 9:00 pm, Friday February 17, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast with a Vigil/Rosary to begin at 7:00 pm. A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday February 18, 2012 at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
