Consuelo S. Garcia

Consuelo S. Garcia, age 91, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, December 11, 2022. She was a wonderful mother, wife, daughter, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and will be greatly missed. Consuelo is preceded in death by her husband; Enrique S. Garcia, her parents; Consuelo Cardozo and Andres Salas, and her daughter; Diana G. Casares († John). She is survived by her beloved children; Martha G. Hill († Jesse), Henry Garcia, Annette G. Mendez (Jesus), and Elaine Hibler (Doyle), her brother; Victor Manuel Salas Cardoso, 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 9:00pm on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 with a Holy Rosary to follow at 6:30pm, at Sunset Funeral Home-West. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30am on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1551 Belvidere St. El Paso, Texas. A Graveside Service will follow at 1:30pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson, Fort Bliss, Texas.

Pallbearers include Victor Manuel Salas Cardoso, Jesus Mendez, Doyle Hibler, Henry Garcia, Jonathan Hill and Ralph Noriega.
