Concepcion "Connie" G. Peregrino Brackett, 87, of El Paso Texas, passed away on April 8th in Albuquerque, NM. Connie and Frank Herbert Brackett were together 49 years. Connie is preceded in death by her husband F. Herbert, her daughter and son Ceci & Angel & and her granddaughter Leti. She is survived by her children Tony, Dolores, Rita, Connie, & Angie; 11 grandchildren; 15great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren; as well as extended family and friends.
