Charles F. Weiss

Charles F. Weiss passed away peacefully July 19 at his home with family and dear friends close by. He was born in New York City in 1924 and spent much of his childhood in Panama. He graduated from Stanford, served as a pilot in WW2, and spent most of his adult life in California, where he was a successful businessman. He and his beloved wife, Viv, traveled the world and were always ready for a party. Charlie always said that he was thankful for his long life, full of good friends and good times, and he continued that until the end. He is preceded in death by his wife, Vivian, son Doug, and daughter Jonelle, and is survived by his four grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. There are so many that loved Charlie and are going to miss him. He was a caring and thoughtful friend. He loved his poker games, J&B Scotch and entertaining anyone he could with his remarkable skill at magic tricks.
