Celia Marquez

Mrs. Celia D. Marquez, 88, went home to be with our Lord on Friday, April 6, 2012. Her children and grandchildren were by her side. Her husband Mr. Trinidad Marquez preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughters; Irene M. Wilson, Hortencia Yanez, Eva Marquez, Esther Pena, Elisa Navarro, sons; Esteban Marquez, Trini Marquez Jr., Ruben Marquez and their spouses, 27 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with a Vigil at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home-East on 750 N. Carolina St. Funeral Mass will be at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church, 503 Hunter Dr. Mrs. Marquez will be laid to rest with her husband, who served in the U.S. Army, during WWII, at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
