Celia Carmona

CELIA D. CARMONA passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at the age of 89. She was born in Kansas City, MO and resided in El Paso, TX. She was a devoted wife of 68 years as well as a dedicated mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by husband Eliodoro B. Carmona, son Eliodoro Carmona, Jr., daughter Josefina C. Solis; great- grandson Bryan Solis; brothers, Enrique Espalin and Jesse Delgado; and, sister, Josephine Wilkins. Left to celebrate her life is her son Gerry Carmona and his wife Irma; daughter Mollie Maese and her husband Carlos; daughter-in-law Raquel M. Carmona; twelve loving grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and, many adoring family members. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2013 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM, with a Prayer Service at 7:00PM at Harvest Christian Center, 1345 New Harvest Pl. In honor of her life a service will be held on Friday, August 23, 2013 at 10:30AM at Sunset Funeral Home West, with Chaplain Eduardo Hemingham officiating.
