Cecilia M Acosta, born 9/22/1930 in El Paso Texas. She was predeceased by one son, Fernando Acosta (Rose) and is survived by two sons, Donald (Virginia) and Tom Acosta (Hope), her sisters Martha Feria, Terry Torres and a brother Federico Macias. She worked for 35 years with El Paso Natural Gas Company. She was predeceased by her parents, Ramona B Macias and Bernardo Macias, two sisters Maura Schmidt and Rachel Fontaine.
She has 9 grandchildren; Veronica, Jennifer, Gabriel, Christina, Olivia, Steven, Mercedes, David and Jason, 14 great grandchildren; Marcus, Michelle, Isabella, Asher, Maxwell, Evan, Nathan, Luke, Danielle, Elena, Micaela, Afton, Cooper and Gabriel.
She was a very loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother who will be dearly missed by all. Rest with the Angels.
Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 8:00pm with a Rosary at 6:00pm on Monday June 12, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass Drive. Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00am on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 9025 Diana Drive.
Committal Service to follow at 11:30am Mount Carmel Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast. Please visit her online memorial at www.sunsetfuneralhomes.net.
