Carolyn Sue McKinney

Carolyn Sue Mckinney of El Paso, formerly of Tilden, Ill., passed away Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 4:49 pm. Carolyn was born June 25, 1949 in Sparta, Ill. to Orville and Mary Rednour.  Carolyn was a devoted wife, caring mother and grandmother. She enjoyed time spend with her family. She married Danny Ray Mckinney on Feb 13, 1971 in Tilden Ill. They were blessed with 3 sons, Danny Jr., D'wayne and Aaron.  Carolyn is survived by her son Aaron (Linda) Mckinney, 3 grandchildren, Brandon, Joshua and Victoria. Siblings Rosalie (Virgil) Chandler, Robert (Sharon) Rednour and Lynn (Charles) Bird and several Nieces and Nephews. 

Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two of her sons, and 1 sister and 1 brother. 

Visitation will be at 11:00am – 12:15pm with a Funeral Service at 12:30pm on Wednesday, April 04, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Homes – Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass Drive.  Committal Service to follow at 2:00pm at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes Northeast.  Please visit her online memorial at www.sunsetfuneralhomes.net.
