Carmen Carrizal Sanchez

Two beautiful souls were taken by this horrible Covid virus, Carmen, 12/03/21, and Marlene 11/30/21, passed away three days apart from each other. Both Mother and daughter are survived by Marcos Sanchez, Mother Connie Carrizal, sister Martha (Marty) Figueroa, brother Carlos Carrizal II. Carmen graduated from Riverside and Marlene from Montwood high school. They were always the first to step up to help anyone in need in any way they could. Their giving and especially their prayers helped so many through tough times. They are preceded in death by Carmen’s Dad Carlos Carrizal and Marlene’s Sanchez grandparents. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 PM with a rosary at 6 PM Thursday, 12/16 at Sunset Funeral Homes-East, 750 North Carolina. Funeral mass will be held at 10 AM Friday, 12/17 at San Antonio Catholic Church, 503 Hunter Dr. Private committal will be made at a later date.
