Carmen S. Brodehl

Carmen S. Brodehl, 86, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother and sister peacefully joined our Lord on Tuesday, February 10, 2009. She was a life long resident of El Paso and a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She was a health care provider with Hotel Dieu and Providence Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her children, Benjamin D. Martinez, Jessie M. Perez and Ofelia Amy Estrada, her brothers, Roberto and Salvador Salcido, and sister, Estela Cortez. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 22 great-great grandchildren, and 4 great-great-great grandchildren. Grandsons will be honored to serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 pm, Friday, February 13, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast with a Vigil at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be at 9:30 am, Saturday, February 14, 2009 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Evergreen East Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
