Carmen E. Aguilar “Camelia”, 81, beloved Mother, Daughter, Sister, Grandmother, and Wife, was called to her eternal resting place on May 11, 2024. She entered this world on June 15, 1942 in El Paso, TX, born to Ramiro and Carmen Escandon. She is survived by her sons Armando Aguilar (Martha); JuanCarlos Aguilar (Jazmin); grandchildren Sophia Acosta; Ytzel Gaytan; Francisco Martinez; Paola Beltran ;brother Ramiro Escandon; sister Socorro Escandon; A Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 PM with a Vigil/Rosary at 6:00 PM., Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at Sunset Funeral Home-West, 480 N. Resler Dr. A Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 PM., Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at Santa Teresita Mission, 3401 Zapal Ave. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.  Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West.
