Carlos Torres, 78, passed away peacefully. Born in Juarez, Mexico, Carlos lived a life full of dedication and service. He retired from the United States Postal Service, served in the Army, and retired from the Naval Reserves as a proud SeaBee.
Carlos was a devoted husband to Josefina, his wife of 50 years, and a loving father to his daughter, Imelda, and son, William. He cherished his family deeply, including his sons-in-law, Michael, and Michael. His grandchildren, Benjamin, Isabella, Ezmeralda, Max, and Tristan, were the light of his life.
Carlos's legacy of love, service, and dedication will be remembered by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00pm with a Vigil/Rosary to begin at 6:00pm on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Home - Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass Dr. Funeral Mass will be held at 12:30pm on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2709 Alabama St. Committal Service to follow at 2:00pm on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave.
