Brett John Burkhart

Brett John Burkhart - Loving Family Man, Friend and Prankster Brett John Burkhart, 44, died November 6, 2009. Brett was born on August 15, 1965 in Aurora, Illinois. He was the youngest of three children. Brett graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business & Marketing from Texas Tech University. He was a long-time resident of El Paso, Texas and was a Sales Representative at UCB Pharma Inc. for 18 years, where he was a member of the Executive Circle. Brett is survived by his fiancée, Tammy Voorheis; two sons, Cameran and Caelan; father, John Burkhart; sisters Myth Srsic and Blythe Burkhart; brother-in-law Edward Srsic; nieces Erin McCord and Amber Macias; nephews Jerett Eiland, Adam Morgan and Paolo Angelini; Great Nephews Zakary and River Macias, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Burkhart. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, November 12th at 5pm at Sunset Funeral Home-West at 480 N. Resler.
