Brenda Yvette Loya

Brenda Yvette Loya, 29, of El Paso, Texas, passed away on September 5^th 2022, after a courageous fight with Epilepsy. Brenda was born on October 8, 1992, to Victor and Margarita Loya in El Paso, Texas. After graduating from Sunset High School in 2013 Brenda went to go study Medical Billing and Coding at Ultimate Medical Academy. In 2015 Natalie was born followed by Zaniyah in 2018. Brenda loved her daughters and spending time with family and friends. Her sense of humor was second to none and she was as compassionate as she was funny. Even with her condition Brenda was never angry, sad, or depressed – she could find the silver lining to keep pushing forward in any situation. Brenda was so special.

She is survived by her loving parents Victor Manuel Loya and Margarita Esquivel Loya; her sisters Monica Loya and Sonia Landeros; her brothers Jesus Valdez and Victor Manuel Loya Jr; her daughters Natalie Gomez and Zaniyah Gomez; her cousins, aunts, uncles, and the countless friends and lives Brenda has touched throughout her life.

Visitation will be held at Sunset Funeral Homes, 750 N Carolina, El Paso, TX 79915 on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm; Vigil/Rosary will start at 6:00 pm. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am, Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 2709 Alabama. Burial will be directly at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 4848 Alps Dr, at 12:30 pm.
