Billy Joe Fenley

BILLY JOE FENLEY, passed away at home after a lengthy illness on Thursday, December 14, 2017, he was 86 years old. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and will be greatly missed. He retired after a long and successful career at the El Paso Natural Gas Company. He really enjoyed playing tennis, dove hunting and watching his Dallas Cowboys play. He is survived by his wife Nancy Fenley, his children; Bob Fenley and his wife Sandy, Tracy Stabenow and her husband Charles, Lea Bushaw, his sister Belle Edwards, his beloved grandchildren; Travis Fenley, Whitney Vaughn and her husband Shaun and Hunter Biggs. Funeral Procession will depart on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 from Sunset Funeral Home-West at 12:45pm to Ft. Bliss National Cemetery for Committal Service at 1:30PM with Army Honors.
