Betty Yvette Montoya

Betty Yvette Montoya, 50, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2011. She was a long time resident of El Paso, born November 28, 1960. God has gained the return of one of his beloved. The heavens rejoice but here on earth we bear the loss of an exceptional mother, daughter, sister and friend. Ms. Montoya is preceded in death by her father; Arthur Lewis Montoya, and her brother; Arthur Terry Montoya. Survivors include her mother: Maria Elena Nava and husband Robert Nava, daughters; Melissa Ann Cabral and husband Oscar Cabral, Jennifer Ann Montoya and husband Edward Courim, son; Gabriel E. Montoya, brothers; Patrick, Donald, Eric, Carlos Montoya and sisters; Dolores Arellano and Patricia Montoya. Visitation will be from 6-9 pm on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 with a Vigil at 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East located at 750 N. Carolina Dr. Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, March 31, 2011 at 10 am at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church, 503 Hunter. Interment will be private at a later date at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
