Bertha Paz

BERTHA PAZ went to be with our Lord, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, January 21, 2012. She passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 63. She was a lifelong resident of El Paso and was a 1966 graduate of Eastwood High School. She also graduated with a BS in Psychology from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1986. After working many years in the medical field, she changed careers and had been working as a Marketing Rep at Redcats for the last 13 years. She is survived by her devoted and loving son, Alex Lopez; her parents, Alfred and Helen Paz; Brother Fred (Liz) Paz; and Sister Irene Paz (Tom) Taylor; nephews and nieces Anthony Paz, Andrea Paz, David Taylor and Elisa Taylor; her many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. She will be missed dearly by all of us who loved her, her smile, and her beautiful personality. Memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 31st, at the Church of St. Clement Anglican Church, 810 N. Campbell. Officiated by the Rev’d William C. Cobb. Interment will follow immediately after the service in the Memorial garden. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Church of St. Clement.
