Retired Colonel Bernard E. Clark, USMC, passed away peacefully on January 17,2025 at the age of 95, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and love. He was reunited in heaven with his parents, Harold and Vera Clark, as well as his brother and sister.
Bernard is survived by his devoted wife, Kyung; his sister, Shirley; his daughters, Melissa (Paul), Soo (James), and Kyung Jin (Daniel); his cherished grandchildren, Elizabeth, Patrick, and Victoria; and three beloved great-grandchildren. His family was a source of immense pride and joy throughout his life.
Known for his warm spirit and quick wit, Bernard had an uncanny ability to recall countless jokes that brought laughter to those around him. His generous heart and loving nature left an indelible mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
May the memory of Retired Colonel Bernard E. Clark bring comfort to all who loved him.
Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00pm with a Prayer Service to begin at 6:00pm on Monday, February 03, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Home - Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass Dr. Committal Service to follow at 1:30pm on Tuesday, February 04, 2025 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave.
