Aurora Tovar

Aurora Tovar, 78, passed away on August 18, 2007 in Pueblo, Colorado. She was born on January 14, 1929 in Palo Alto, CA. Mrs. Tovar dedicated her life to her family and home. She is preceded in death by husband Salvador Tovar. She leaves behind her son Guillermo Tovar and his wife Maricela Wendy Tovar, daughters, Helen Garcia, Martha Tovar, Rebecca Tovar, Lilia Gonzalez, and Nora Huante (Benjamin). Also left to cherish her memory is her 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. The family would like to give a special thanks to Sangre de Cristo Hospice and Sandra Ortega in Pueblo, Colorado. A viewing for Mrs. Tovar will be held from 4 pm to 7 pm, Thursday, August 23, 2007 at Sunset Funeral Home-West. A funeral mass will be held at 1 pm, Friday, August 24, 2007 at St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Graveside service to follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. Honored to serve as Pallbearers will be Guillermo Tovar, Christopher Garcia, David Garcia, Matthew Huante, David Huante, and Daniel Tovar. Honorary Pallbearer will be Benjamin Huante.
