Arthur Joseph Masson

Arthur Joseph Masson passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 5, 2010. He was born on February 3, 1935 to Frederick and Marie Masson. Arthur grew up the third of 10 children in Detroit, Michigan. Arthur met his soul mate, Judith Ann Storment, in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1963. They married in 1964. Together, they raised a family and made every day an adventure. Arthur retired from Ford Motor Company after working for 30 years as an Industrial Engineer. After retirement, he enjoyed telling stories and jokes, reading, relaxing, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by son Christopher. He is survived by his wife Judith, daughter Paula Barraza, son-in-law Pete Barraza, two grandchildren, Andrea and Brian Barraza. Also surviving are brothers Richard, Edward, Larry, Bob and sisters Mary Ann Moulton and Sandra Hill and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 10,2010, 4:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-West, 480 North Resler.
