He was born March 3rd 1930 in Provo Utah to Cecil Alma Larsen and Harriet Bearnson. He served a 3 year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Argentina. Upon graduation they moved back to El Paso where he started his career as a manager of the Luby’s Cafeteria on Chelmont and retired 40 years later as an Area Vice President. He dedicated his entire life to service in his church, from his many callings to his countless hours in the Juarez Temple. His legacy will live on through the lives he has touched and the example he set. A celebration of his life will be held at 9:00 AM on Friday, June 8, 2012 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 400 Rosemont, El Paso, Texas 79922.
